ReplyFans provides AI-assisted replies to YouTube comments. You connect your YouTube channel via Google OAuth, configure reply preferences, and our service drafts (and, per your settings, posts or queues for approval) replies to new comments.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Connecting a channel requires Google OAuth with YouTube scopes. You must own the channel or be authorized to manage it, and your use remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms of Service. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings; revocation stops the service for that channel immediately.

You agree not to use ReplyFans to post spam, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content; to mislead viewers about the nature of replies where disclosure is required; to interfere with the service; or to resell access except through authorized agency plans. Approval mode is on by default — you are responsible for replies you approve and publish.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, plus any setup fee shown at checkout. Usage is metered against your plan’s reply limits; the service pauses posting when limits are reached and resumes on renewal. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees — setup and subscription — are non-refundable. Every customer gets a 7-day free trial (no card required) before paying.

Replies are generated by AI in your configured tone. We apply spam, abuse, and quality filters, but AI output can be imperfect. Review approval-mode drafts before publishing, and do not rely on the service for legal, medical, or financial advice to your audience.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. YouTube API quota limits, Google policy changes, or maintenance may temporarily pause reply posting; the app will show status transparently.

ReplyFans and its software, design, and branding are our property. You retain rights in your channel content and in replies posted to your channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyFans is provided “as is”; our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of subscribers, revenue, or channel standing.

You may terminate anytime by cancelling and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten service integrity, with notice where reasonable.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
